    Dear EightTheme crew,

first of all thank you for your hard work and great design!

There is one incredibly annoying and impossible-to-Google problem we are having while setting up our site: when adding/editing Products, none of the WooCommerce Product Data tabs (other than the default ‘General’) will display. And also, as we have installed and purchased a license for WPML, the very important feature “» Enter prices in other currencies” also does not work.

I have also noticed that VisualComposer buttons do not load/display, and that none of the other Javascript tabs (i.e. WP’s Visual/Text tabs over the WYSIWYG editor, or the Essential Grid tabs) work either – but only for Products! On Posts, Pages, etc. these all load and behave as expected.

Is their come kind of WPML / Visual Composer clash with WooCommerce in the RoyalTheme?

We really have to solve this issue before we can get close to going live with this site, so it would fantastic if you had any hints, ideas, or solutions to this immensely frustrating problem!

    Kind regards,
    Daniel

p.s. I have updated all plugins as of November 18th.

    Hello,

Please disable all 3rd-party plugins and check Products tabs after that.

    Thank you.
    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

Thanks for the fast reply Jack,

I was about to go ahead and do the try-and-error test, but it seems like the problem is gone! My only explanation is that the updated plugins needed time to update the cache … ?
Seeing as the updates were for Visual Composer and most of the WPML plugins, I am guessing the updates for these was somehow necessary.

Hard to say now. I’ll let you know if anything comes up, and I will make sure to deactivate 3rd-party plugins and check for changes in behaviour before contacting you next time 🙂

    Best regards,
    Daniel
