My account pages don´t work - by GKF - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hello Robert,

    it is still empty, there is no “my account”page.
    From HOME you see the “sign in” button, if you not sign in, you can go from menu “my account”, but still there is no connection to the data of the account. Only empty white space.

    We switch to ssl – could that be a reason?

    Hello,

    Please delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and reupload it from the theme package of 2.3 version.

    Hello Eva, I did already. And found in the forum one tip – to deactivate the preloader, but still is is white, the account page don´t load.

    By the way, today I win a client to choose one of your templates, told him about your fantastic support, now we will choose one for a Shop to buy Art, I am excited 🙂

    OK – is there any guess what this “non-appearence” of the account page could cause?
    I will do everything, the Shop is online – mean out on social and advertising and it is still not complete working…

    Still look forward for your help.

    Your page didn’t have any content in back-end.
    I’ve added Woocommerce “My Account” element for “My Account” page.
    Please check the page now.

    Ohh great, I read woocommerce tutorials but they explain this with using endpoints… and surely I didn ´t understand how to use these endpoints.
