    Hi

I’ve installed the theme, not customised or added any custom.css. Running the latest theme option and WordPress version with the latest WooCommerce version, again non customised. I have enabled Paypal and WordlNettps payment gateways. When I add an product to the cart its works fine. I then go to checkout and here lie a few issues:

    1. If you enter checkout as a guest and type in billing address you are then take to shipping and there is no option to use the same address info as billing, therefore you have no option but to retype all info.

    2. on Submit of a form you aren’t sent to the top of the form anchor to see confirmation.

    3. Once you have entered Billing and Shipping addresses you are taken to Your Order where the Cart Subtotal is sat for example $60, the Order Total is £0

    4. If you then confirm Terms and Conditions and Place Order regardless you are given this message and you are sent back to Shipping Address tag:

    INVALID PAYMENT METHOD.

but no payment method was asked for.

    5. If you then choose to manually go back to Your Order you are then offered Payment methods, Order Total is correct. However WorldNetTPS payment method doesn’t redirect and they, after testing told me they believed it was a theme UI issue as WordPress and Woocommerce on the same server without theme allowed the redirect with the same settings.

Do you have any ideas? I have included login details in private section. The site is dfng.com/beta and the a the product I just tested on is http://dfng.com/beta/product/jones-and-jones-laura-black-dress/

    Thanks in advance

I’ve just checked the Checkout page with default “Twenty Thirteen” theme and the issue you described persists there too. So the problem isn’t related to our theme. We recommend you to contact Woocommerce support for the solution. Also notify them that the issue appears with different themes, not only one theme.

    Hello @kafaliev21,

What do you mean saying “my cart does not display as well”. What are the exact problems?
Do you mean there is no “Add to cart” button for your products? If so you need disable “Just Catalog” in Theme Options > Shop > Just Catalog > Off.

    Regards,

    Hi Eva,
Thank you we fixed the cart problem. Thanks.
But we can’t fix the revolution slider it’s not working.
The other problem is this message that comes up on our dashboard:
Your theme has bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files – if you encounter functionality issues on the frontend this could the reason. Ensure you update or remove them (in general we recommend only bundling the template files you actually need to customize). See the system report for full details.
    Please help.

    Hello,

I have activated Revolution Slider plugin and changed alias in its settings. Then I’ve added shortcode [rev_slider Revolution_Sliders] to your Home Page. Please check it now and clear browser cache before.
Also I’ve updated the woocommerce file review-order.php and the warning has disappeared.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
