Hello Eva… Happy new year!
My chat is functioning … except when people want to chat they recieve a message that says: you are not logging… I have never been able to see anyone logged except myself. What can be the problem?
Also… I am not able to use visual composer to fix the pages… again… don’t know what the problem is…
I already updated the plugins (checked the forum for solutions)… nothing has changed.

Hello Eva… I fixed the visual composer (uninstalling and reinstalling the ess.grid plugin…) but the users can not connect through the chat yet.
I received the messages without problems but I am not able to see any users except myself in the chat console and when people try to chat they receive the message: You are not log in.
Please advice as chat is VERY important in our business!

Also, the newsletter subscription doesn´t seems to work correctly, I don´t know why.
