We have been configuring our site…and I had made child theme updates, but then moved on to update the theme to the latest version and the collection/category sidebar area was removed. Any ideas?
Hello,
Please, provide us access to your WP admin panel in Private Content, we’ll check it.
Below. Thanks!

Hello,
Problem with sidebar is caused by your customization archive-products.php. If you just want to change sidebar position you can do it in Theme Options > Product Page Layout > Layout (Sidebar position), you don’t need to edit .php file!

I have the left sidebar chosen in WP and this is what I’m seeing.
Hello,
You have made changes in archive-product.php that caused this problem. Please, delete this file from child theme and you’ll see.

Not sure that this is right, Can you see this note from my dev?
That’s not working for me. I just deleted the child theme’s archive-product.php file (which defaults back to the Legenda theme archive-product.php) and the issue persists. I’m not sure that he’s right, since those category pages were working fine until I upgraded Legenda.
Can you please help me with this?
Feel free to call me or chat me.
Thanks.
Hello,
If you log in and go to Appearance > Editor you’ll see list of files of your child theme. And I can see archive-product.php there, it means that this file is still present in your child theme. If you want I can replace existing code by default code and you’ll see – everything works fine with original theme code. The changes were made there, but additional customization is not part of our support, so you should check by yourself which changes caused problem.

Hello,
Fixed. Check, please.
