Shop page and home page layout is not showing correctly

Hello 8theme,

i have no idea what i possibly have done wrong but i can’t get the shop layout like it was before with the pictures and everything in boxes next to each other.
i also have problems with the home page, the demo content in the default mode won’t show like before after doing the update.

I don’t have stuff on my website yet so i removed everything and installed wordpress and the theme again, but still not showing correctly.

Can someone please help me fix this problem? Thanks 😉

Could you please clarify with more details?
What are you trying to achieve?
Maybe provide screenshot for our better understanding how it should be.

Also please provide us with wp-admin and FTP credentials in Private Content.

Hello Robert,

I would just like the website in default mode with demo content. Because i want to build from there and just easily insert my own content. Because when i do that now it’s not showing like this page : https://www.8theme.com/demo/royal/shop/

And different elements on the homepage are not showing like the video. like this demo:
https://www.8theme.com/demo/royal/

The whole layout is different from how i had my website before, it was just like the Royal default demo on the website.
Maybe i am missing something in php?

Hello,

I’ve enabled “Include styles from “Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer” on every page” in Theme Options > General. Please check home page now.
If you want to show categories on Shop page go to Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Display > Shop Page Display > select “Show categories and subcategories”.
