Integration problem with paypal - by c_notari

    Hello, how are you ? We are a marketing agency in Brazil and recently purchased one of his themes to a client (Legenda). We create an e-commerce with integration with woocommerce and paypal.

    Everything is working well, but we have a problem and we would like your help. We are unable to properly configure the integration with Paypal.

    When the customer enters the site, purchase and go to shopping cart and confirms the purchase he is directed to paypal to the login screen. He authenticates and paypal captures the address the customer informed.

    After the transaction completed, paypal sends to the site and email this address informed in advance by the client.

    But what is not happening and what we need is the paypal send ‘s the address that the customer has logged into his paypal account.

    The e-commerce need to send the goods to this address, the same that is register in paypal account , this is what guarantees the transaction.

    Contact the PayPal support they ask us the code to check where is error , but we are using the plugins and we don’t have acesse to the code’s

    You guys could help us?

    We can send all the paypal account login information and site adm if necessary.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately your request is beyond our support scope as we don’t develop plugins for paypal integration. In your case you can give access to your plugin files to paypal support team to check the issue.
