    Good morning Thanks for you reply but the problem is still on. I’ve just installed WooCommerce 2.5.5 last version released, I’ve changed all the old files inside the “Templates” section, but inside the shop page product preview disappeared and now they appear in a bulleted list. Not only, cart over window is not aligned anymore. Maybe are there any Theme updates to install (now Version: 1.4)? If yes, what’s the best, easiest and safest way to do it?

    Waiting for your reply, asap because it’s pretty urgent…
    Thanks so much for your kind attention

    Hello,

    You can download the latest theme here:
    http://themeforest.net/item/classico-responsive-woocommerce-wordpress-theme/11024192
    Just log in with your Envato account and download latest version.

    Here is video tutorial how to update theme.
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KdWESIIPU1k
    (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    Don’t forget to make backup of the site before update.

    Before update theme delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/classico/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.

    Regards,

    Hello,

    Please clear cache on a server via FTP (delete “cache” folder in wp-content directory). Check home page menu after that.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello again!
    I’ve deleted cache folder as you suggested but I got a message that says some files/folders cannot be deleted.
    At first everything worked well but after few minutes everything went back again with the same technical fault.
    Keep in mind I’ve installed W3 Total Cache to improve website speed, could it produce this malfunctioning?
    Not only, could the same plug-in influence currency selection? I realized I cannot select only the currency separately from the language.

    Please let me know
    Thanks for you kind support

    Please try yo add this code in 8theme Options->Styling->Custom CSS->Global Custom CSS.

    .menu .nav-sublist-dropdown {
        bottom: 75px !important;

    Hello,
    There are two problem to be fixed:
    1) http://labottegaitalia.com/it/ : pointing the mouse on “Collezioni” in the HOME PAGE, there ’s a gap between the displayed window with the collection / brands list and the menu bar. If you do the same action in the english website, pointing “collection” the displayed window with the collection / brands list is right upon the menu bar.

    2) Menu “Collezioni” / “Collection”: go to “Collezioni”/“Collection” page here : http://labottegaitalia.com/it/collezioni/ and http://labottegaitalia.com/collection/, point the mouse on “Collezioni” /“Collection” in the menu bar at the top of the page, as you can see the window is being displayed upward and so it’s impossible to see collection/brand list, it must be displayed downward…

    Thanks for your attention
    Waiting for your feedback asap

    Hello,

    1./2. I’ve edited the code in Global Custom CSS to:

    .home .menu .nav-sublist-dropdown {
        top: -419px !important;
    }
    .home .header-type-9 .header .menu-wrapper .nav-sublist-dropdown {
       bottom: 71px !important;
    }

    Check the menu now.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
