Visual Composer not working - by evies - on WordPress WooCommerce support

I’ve updated the plugin and installed the update for the theme, and all I get is the VC logo loading on my page but nothing else happens. Help!

Hello,

Your wp-admin credentials aren’t correct. Please check them.

Also please provide screenshot for our better understanding and highlight what exactly you mean.

Sorry, the wp-admin credentials are posted in the private content.

I think it’s a problem with a product license, because I’m not even able to activate it – it says so licenses found. I purchased the theme through Envato.

Hello,

The problem is related to Tabs element you’re using on home page. VC authors has changed its code in the latest update and you have to recreate Tabs element.
Please do this.
