How do I get rid of this search section?

I have an issue with the search bar. I toggled it off in the theme options section without any luck. Where is this function located? Screenshot below. Thanks!

Hello,

Please navigate to Dashboard->Pages->Home Page (front end page) -> edit->Page-Layout->Sidebar Position->and select ‘Without Sidebar’.
