Hi there,
I’ve tried to configure wp and w3 wordpress cache plugins with woopress with no luck. Everything seems to work fine but if the cache is generated by a user with something in her cart the page is cached with the cart contents. Then when a different user visits the page the previous cart appears one second and then is replaced with the result of such user cart (it’s retrieved by an ajax call apparently).
I’ve tried different configurations that I found on internet but any of those seem to work. Can you help me?
Thanks in advance.
Hello suyanaes,
please provide us with admin credentials for your site in Private content.

Stan Russell.
Hi,
Right now you can’t access to the site because it’s on a new server with a different IP so any change you make may not work on the new hosting. Anyway, can you provide me with some info about what I can do? I suppose a lot of people are using this theme and some of them use cache plugins with the cart widget…
On the other hand is a little bit odd to give you admin acces to our live site…
Hello,
Try to disable Object Cache option in W3 Total Cache settings and clear cache folder via FTP and in your browser.
Then check the site.

Hi,
I’ve tried that again (I was not using object cache) and still happens the same, I can send you a quick video if you want.
Just a quick update, the widget cart is updated to 0 when an ajax call to /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php is made but until that the cart total of the user that generated the cache is still displaying.
Thanks
Hello,
Could you please describe how we can replicate the issue on our side and provide us with FTP/WP admin credentials?
Thank you.

Eva Kemp.
