Hi,
I have been trying to decrease the size of the post body area with no luck. I tried this:
}
.blog-post {
margin: 0 0 60px;
padding: 15;
list-style: none;
float: left;
width: 80%;
}
The area is too big and I would like to decrease the width size.
Thank you!
Hello,
Could you please show a screenshot what exactly you want to decrease?
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Hi Eva,
I would like to decrease the width of the single post area. It is too wide for our needs. Please see the screenshot:
Hello,
Your site is under maintenance mode. Please give us login details.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Hi Jack,
I have decided to work with the existing width. Thanks for your replies. I have a bigger issue now, since I will work with the large width I need to use tiled galleries (jetpack). but there is something in the theme conflicting with my ability to use them. When I activate your theme, I don’t even get the option for tiled galleries. Please see below:
I’m not sure if I should start a different topic. Also, my site is out of maintenance, but please let me know if you still need credentials, if so, would it be ftp or wordpress admin?
Thank you!
Hello,
Please provide both: FTP and WP admin credentials.
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
HI,
Thanks for the prompt response! I have attached the credentials in the private content section.
tHANK YOU!
Hello,
I activated default Woocommerce theme Storefront and didn’t see that option there too.
Please check it yourself activating Storefront theme.
Specify with more details how to reproduce the problem.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Hi Eva,
When I activated Storefront I do see the option there. The problem is when I activate Woopress the option is not there, so that means there is something in the theme conflicting with the tiled galleries. See below the option disappears when Woopress is activated.
Hello,
Please specify what section you’re checking for better understanding.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
I’m not sure what there is to understand. The tiled galleries do not work when the Woopress theme is activated. I have attached pictures of the sections, explained the situation in different ways. The section is the Settings for Media, as showed in the picture above.
We are going back and forth on the same thing over and over. Time is a precious resource. Please find someone that can help me, if you can’t understand.
Hello,
The issue has been fixed.
Please check the option now.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
HI,
Thank you very much for fixing it. I really appreciate it. May I ask what the issue was? How was it fixed? Does the fix affect any functionality for the theme?
Thanks again!
Hi,
I just tested the galleries out and it is not working properly. I can set up a gallery and preview it. When I go back to edit the gallery, the images are gone and it states there are no images. Also, the site is extremely slow after whatever adjustments were made.
Also the caption does not show up when I hover over the images. There is also an issue with the media being uploaded to the English language. Was something changed in the WPML?
Please help!
I just noticed that my main sidebar set-up was also gone. I spent an hour setting that up. What is going on? This is crazy!
Hello,
We removed the changes made in the theme files.
Please check your site now.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
