Sign up form when checkout, after latest update. Urgent!

Since the update people can’t check out anymore. They only get a sign up form when going from cart to checkout.

I have sign up disabled.

On this moment I can not get a hold of my ftp ip adress. But I do know my cpanel credentials where you can also access the ftp.

Also I just overwritten the files when updating the theme. Is the the right way of updating? Or remove theme and the upload latest version.
