On single product page I have set ‘required’ options, but when they are not completed and the Add To Cart button is clicked, the order is not sent to Cart, the popup shows as ‘successfully added’ – but it is not and there are no error messages showing as to why. I have set specific error messages against each of the options that should display.
The options are set in the ‘WooCommerce Personalized Checkout Options Manager’ plugin. I spoke to the developer about this problem and his reply is:
This Legenda theme has customized add to cart, it is not rendering the errors. We have used the standard woo error/validation control
He suggested that I contact you in order to resolve this problem.
Many thanks
Hello,
This is the compatibility problem with Ajax Add to cart feature. You have to disable it in admin panel > Theme Options > Single Product Page > Ajax “Add to cart” (for simple products only) > Off.
Regards
Thank you – it looks like it is now sorted – brilliant!
You are welcome.
