Hello,
I published on a development server the xstore theme but I have a high time to first byte (2 minutes) for each page, it seems an issue of permits and compiling (less?) while in development localhost everything is perfect.
Some idea? I pass the admin credentials in private where I installed the plugin WordPress phpinfo() for the server configuration.
Thank you and good day.
Simone
Hello,
Could you provide FTP access? At first sight, parameters that you have should be enough for correct work of our theme.
Regards
Unfortunately the ftp is under vpn, I installed WitFTP plugin that may help.
Best regards
Hello,
To find out what causes problems on your site we need to make some changes in xstore template files on your server. That’s why we need to connect to your server using FTP client. How can we do this? Please, provide credentials to allow us to check files and make necessary changes.
Regards
I understood but to open a classic ftp account i have to pass by the system of the server and will not be a quick task.
On the admin dashboard, above the label woocommerce, you will find witFTP that allows you to make all changes in Xstore template files directly on wordpress admin (edit, upload, ecc…).
Let me know if the plugin is able to do all you need and sorry for my english 🙂
Best regards
Sorry, but if we try to edit something and get any fatal error admin panel won’t work and we won’t be able to fix this problem. That’s why we ask users about FTP or at least cPanel access.

Hello Olga,
you’re right, in the meantime we are migrants on what will be the production server and everything is working properly, I would say to close the topic.
Thanks for the support
Simone
