My grey menu button is not doing anything when I click on it, so we can’t see the list of pages. Please advise.
Hello,
Your wp-admin credentials aren’t correct. Please check them and provide us again.

Here they are.
Also, I noticed the accordion shortcode (I think) isn’t working on this page as well: http://livforskin.com/about-us/ and http://livforskin.com/faq/ and http://livforskin.com/product/liv-kit-set/#tab_7 (where it sats description, additional information, ingredients). So maybe its an accordion issue. Please took a look.
Thank you.
Hello,
Some plugin is causing the issue.
Disable them one by one to find it out.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
I recently updated all my plugins so they are all up to date to be compatible. But now it is not working afterwards. Beforehand, it was. So does that mean I should run outdated plugins to be compatible with your theme?
Hello,
At first disable plugins one by one to find what is causing the issue.
Then try to downgrade it to previous version.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Hello, The issue is happening again. Please advise, thank you.
Hello,
Have you tried to disable all 3rd-party plugins? Please try it and check the site after that.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Hello. Yes, I have disabled the whole plugin folder and them individually and the issue still remains. Thank you.
Hello,
Please update the plugins Revolution Slider, Ultimate VC Addons, WPBakery Visual Composer, Essential Grid, Master Slider Pro. You will find the latest archives versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .
Also update the theme to 2.9.2 version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!
(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.

Hi there!
I am also having the same issue. The site I am building is coming up great but when I see how it looks in mobile, the menu does nothing. As per the above suggestions, they have been carried out but the menu is still not doing anything.
Look forward to hearing from you
Thanks!

Hello @Steve03,
As I see the menu is working fine. See screenshot: http://prntscr.com/cymgob
Please clarify what mobile device you’re using?

Hi Robert,
I just checked on a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge and the menu does not work when I go to “customise”. Even when editing from a desktop, the menu does not work at all when looking at the mobile display. I’m quite perplexed as to how you managed to get it to work..?
Is it something I’m doing on my end??
Thank you for your assistance.
Hello @Steve03,
Unfortunately we couldn’t reproduce the issue. Mobile menu is working on our side (both on the phone and in browser mobile view). Try to check in another browser and other devices.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Hi Eva,
I’ve tried another device and another browser AND a completely different computer. What could it be?? I’ve paid for the theme and obviously want it work. Please advise where I can go from here.
Thanks again.
Hello again.
So…it seems that I can only get the responsive menu to work when viewing/editing it with the Visual Composer. Does this mean that when the site goes live, it still won’t work?? This site is due to go live in less than 2 weeks so your help is (and always was) greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Hi Eva,
Can I please have a response in relation to the mobile menu button?
Thanks.
Hello @Steve03,
We checked your site in different devices and mobile menu is working fine there. Please take our apologies but we can’t replicate the problem. Could you please show a video how you check the site in browser mobile view?
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
