Visual composer – white on white and the toolbar is missing

    Hi!

    We have a problem with the visual composer. The text is white on white and the toolbar is gone. I works fine with the classic editor, but not with the visual composer.

    If i try to open a textblock with visual composer the text is white on white and no toolbar. I’ve changed the color to black in the css file, but I would like to get the toolbar back.

    Hello,

    You’re using old theme version and there is a bug in the theme with Visual Composer. You must update Legenda to 2.3 version as described in our documentation:
    https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/index.html#!/upgrade

    We separated VC as a plugin and you need install it after the theme update.
    So please read carefully our instruction.

    Hi, I am having the same problem except everything is gone. I can’t do any kind of editing.

    What theme version are you using? Is it older than 2.2 version?
    Please provide us with wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.

    The FTP client is FileZilla. You can download it here: https://filezilla-project.org/download.php
    Please provide us with FTP credentials as well.

    Sorry, but still there is an error:
    Response: 530 User cannot log in.
    Error: Critical error
    Error: Could not connect to server

    Please check the login details from your side.

    It still isn’t working. The visual composer (VC) is back, but all my past work is in white on white text above it, and I don’t know how to integrate new work with the white text… Have a look at “home” for example. The VC is at the original starting point, and there is lots of white code above it. Previously VC was at the top of the page.

    The VC only seems to appear on certain pages. At “about us” there is no editor at all apart from the white text

    Hello,

    With the provided credentials for FTP I was able to log in to your Godaddy account, but we need access to your FTP account to be able to connect to it using FTP client.
    Those details don’t work.
    Could you please specify how you connect to FTP account, what FTP client you use and the correct login details.

    I’ve checked this issue with default WordPress theme and it persists there too.
    We recommend you to create a back up of the files and database and reinstall WordPress.
