Hello,
I’ve followed all the instructions as far as creating a firebase account, adding the info, and programming users for Live Chat. However, it still does not work. The chat console will only display logged in users about 10% of the time, and when someone attempts to submit a message on the front end, it continuously displays “please wait” and does not submit the message. Can you please fix?

Hello,

Please ask your hosting provider support to increase the value of PHP Max Input Vars to 5000. Then check Live Chat.

The value is currently set to 10,000 and live chat is still not functioning

Hello,

These credentials are incorrect. Don’t you use gmail account to log in to Firebase console?

I’ve created new project in your Firebase account called “Screets LC”, regenerated new API key and pasted all needed data in chat options > Integrations. Now the chat is working fine http://prntscr.com/bw8r4e . Please check it.
