I have last version and theme update but Visual Composer dont load. Only spinning.

Hello,

Please provide us with wp-admin and FTP credentials in Private Content.

Also provide screenshot for our better understanding what exactly you mean.

I cant give access at this moment because customer has cpanel access. But if you could give me some orientation, I can fixed.

It’s very difficult to provide support without access. We must log and check it.

When I load any page appear:

But Visual Composer not load.

I download plugins updated hosted in eight theme and i download from envato but doesnt work.

if it is useful.. Chrome has an cache extended and a new restrictions in callbacks from js. I am reading multiple forums and it is… I made a test in firefox and run excelent.
