Visual Composer not loading after update.

    Hi,

    Visual Composer is broken after theme update (spinning icon)

    It also says ‘Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer’ is not installed but it is. (something broke when updating)

    Please investigate if you can. Much appreciated

    Hello,

    I don’t see js_composer folder in the plugins directory http://storage7.static.itmages.com/i/16/0725/h_1469434262_9991199_6d2720dbbc.png . Have you deleted the VC plugin?
    Are those FTP credentials for correct site?

    Please update theme to the latest 2.7 version, also need to be activated parent theme.

    We were able to fix the Visual Composer issue. We have another issue which is related to the above plugin.

    The ‘Royal’ theme is generating a bunch of js errors which is not allowing this WooCommerce Multistep Checkout Plugin to work.

    Can you assist with this issue

    The above FTP credentials are correct.
