Royal Shop Single Product Images and Galery doesn't work

    Hello Team,

    we use royal theme and we have some issue with products, the product image doesn’t show the zoom, and doen’t open in the lightbox, and the galery shows images belows and not in carousel. We activated all this functions in theme options, but it doesn’t work.

    Hello,

    Did you make changes in original theme files?

    Also please make full backup of the site and provide us with FTP credentials in Private Content.
