Woocommerce update - by sdp - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    May I update the woocommerce to latest version 2.6.4 or is not supported yes?

    Hello,

    Yes, you can update.

    Also we recommended to make backup of the site before update to avoid any problems.

    I updated the version of theme and woocommerce.
    Now I have many problems on mobile view (tested on iPhone 6 safari)

    1. Menu is not working (as I have already mentioned on the issue https://www.8theme.com/topic/mobile-problems/#post-135013)
    2. Home slider is not visible (as I have already mentioned on the issue https://www.8theme.com/topic/mobile-problems/#post-135013)
    3. There is orizontal scroll on pages (3-4 pixels)
    4. The add to cart is not working correctly. For example when I am at the product page and select the add to cart button:
    a. The message is not appeared correctly
    b. The view basket button is not working.
    c. The button enlarge image is not working
    d. The tabs are not working

    Please advice how to fix all these issues, beacause our eshop is not working right on mobile view anymore and please check on a mobile browser, not on desktop resized.
    It is really urgent to fix these issues as the 40 – 50% of our users are visiting via mobile.

    5. Also on checkout page all forms are opened.
    For example the different address is opened by default without having checked the different address checkbox. The same with the checkbox register.

    Hello,

    I checked your site on iPhone 6 and everything works now.
    To edit the slider, see screenshot http://prntscr.com/bz238t
    Unfortunately there is no such option for forms on checkout. This requires additional customization.

    I cleared browser cache and nothing has changed.

    Please check again using an iPhone safari browser.

    These are really important issues and we have to resolve them.

    I checked it on two different mobile devices and all the above are not working.

    I also checked the site on mobile simulators…. All the problems haven’t been resolved.
    Could you please tell me how you see that all is working fine?
    These are really important problems. Could you please check them?
