royal/woocommerce/content-product.php version 2.5.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.6.1
royal/woocommerce/content-product_cat.php version 2.5.2 is out of date. The core version is 2.6.1

royal/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php version 2.0.14 is out of date. The core version is 2.6.3
royal/woocommerce/single-product/product-thumbnails.php version 2.3.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.6.3

Alright so i bought the newest version of Royal and thought it would fix this problem. The guy who built my site for me had royal loaded on here and I really like the theme. Since it didn’t fix the problem i’m a little upset. I did however look up how to replace the templates but my question is… do I need to just put the woocommerce template in there and replace the whole royal template? or do I need to actually take all the different code that works with the plugins over also?
If I can just move over the woocommerce template to fix this problem, should i just deactivate and reactivate all my plugins to fix this problem or is it not that simple? I am not new to websites but I am new to wordpress. So a little guidance would be great.

    Hello,

Before update theme to the latest you need to delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.

Here is video tutorial how to update theme.

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

Hey Robert, I’ve already watched and followed this video when I did my update. I didn’t however delete woocommerce folder out of royal before i updated it though. So that is my problem? Should I just delete woocommerce out of my royal folder and re-upload theme again with overwrite?

Also, just wondering if y’all think it will help this problem or not. I am using some variable products which are duck calls and customers are able to pick which type of duck call and the color they want. The problem is, in the shopping cart, it only shows what type of duck call they picked not the color. I’ve followed all the instructions on how to add variable product attributes by the book and i’m still having problems with it. So I was thinking maybe after updating these templates to the core version it would fix that problem. What do y’all think?

Looks like all the core versions have been fixed. Thank you for the help. Would you mind addressing the question I had above? About the variable products? While logged in look at my product page. http://www.new.echocalls.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=21478&action=edit These show Breaker Wood Calls. There are 3 different types of woods we use. Could you check my attributes and everything and make sure they look correct? I’ve watched several videos and read several articles on how these are suppose to be setup and i’m 99% sure they are correct. However when you add something to the cart it only shows Breaker Wood x1 not Breaker Wood Cocobolo or Bocote or Bois D’Arc which are all different types of wood. I just tried to see if it was fixed after your updated those core version templates and it’s still not working. Maybe all it would take is some CSS short code. I don’t know what’s causing it to not work. Cart adds product but not type of product.

Please try to disable third-party plugins one by one and check it, one of them caused issue.

Alright I figured out which plugin was doing it.
    WooCommerce Shipping Display Mode

This plugin was nice because it used a dropdown box instead of all the radio buttons for shipping methods on my cart page. 🙁 *sigh*
I use UPS, USPS, and Fedex so there are a long list of radio buttons listed. It was nice having the drop down menu. Do you know of any other addons that might do the same thing which I could try and still have my materials listed on cart?
