Theme "Helen", how to show static block

I accidentally erased the static block “Helen”. Then I created a new static block “Helen” and re-inserted the “Helen” code.

However, the static block content is not shown on the website now.

I assume since I am also missing an element referencing the static block in the “Helen” page, I have to add a certain element there.
