Our checkout page does not allow people to change their shipping address. I checked on your demo template and it is different than ours. Yours has a checkbox labeled “Ship to a Different Address” which if clicked reveals the option to add a separate shipping address. Ours has a prechecked box that says “Ship to billing address?” and when you deselect it does nothing.
Likewise, under edit account, you cannot edit any address details
I am running the current versions of Woocommerce, WordPress and the XMarket Theme. I have disabled plugins, re-uploaded the theme, and tried various settings in Woocommerce, all with no changes.
Thanks.

Hello,
Thank you. Now the credentials are correct. I’ve updated woocommerce file form-shipping.php. Please check the Checkout page now and clear browser cache before.

Eva Kemp.
Thanks! Do you have any idea why that file was not updated correctly?
You’re welcome.
Sorry, but I don’t know what might be the reason.
