The XStore Themes slow for me - by fredytang

Dear,

I got the situation where my wordpress slow when I use XStore themes.

Before it, I ever use Royal themes which better fast (backend & frontend)

Do you have any idea how to make it faster?

Is it possible to provide us also FTP access so we could perform some troubleshooting and see if there is any performance issues caused by our theme.

We investigated your problem and see that site loads to slow because of broken request to the instagram server. We see this error in debug “cURL error 28: Resolving timed out after 5513 milliseconds”. So you can try to contact your server providers and ask why cURL extension doesn’t work properly, try to change instagram account name or remove it.

It’s in investigating by my server provider.

You told me before it’s because Instagram, so the instagram need API to set?

Yes, it is because of instagram server request. No, it doesn’t need any API configuration.

After I scan with P3 Plugin Profiler, I see A plugin which slow down the website is on “XStore Core” plugin.

Of course XStore core plugin will have the biggest time loading because it contains bigger part of all theme functionality. But we can’t see any performance issue in the plugin’s code.

Yes, but the plugin progress take to about 5 seconds.

It seems to be your server performance issue. We can’t see any problems with our theme or core plugin at the moment except instagram bug.
