Hi there,
I’ve just uploaded the active template on my site but it’s not working
I can’t get access to visual composer and cannot change the components and stuff, I’m being asked to buy a visual composer licence for 34 bucks and there is no trace of the active elements
Just html code and stuff in the backend

Thanks
Vincent

Hello,
You must update Visual Composer plugin and other required plugins. Download the archives here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and upload new versions via FTP.

Hey Jack,
I just checked
I don’t really know wha’s going on I’ve got a Error establishing a database connection message on home page
Same if I try to access the backend
Error establishing a database connection
This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can’t contact the database server at localhost. This could mean your host’s database server is down.
Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
Are you sure that the database server is running?
If you’re unsure what these terms mean you should probably contact your host. If you still need help you can always visit the WordPress Support Forums.
Hello,
You should contact your hosting provider regarding that error or check database data in wp-config.php file yourself.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Hi Eva,
Ddata in wp-config.php file > what’s that?
cheers
Vincent
Hello,
If you have problems with it we recommend you to contact your hosting provider support. They will check if database data is correct.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
