We are still getting errors relating to Rev Slider in the waterfall chart. Website has been tested with no plugins other than Rev Slider and 2016 theme – no error. When Woopress is activated (with all other plugins disabled) problem returns. Theme Punch says the theme is incompatible. So, who will take responsibility for this?

    Everything is latest version.

This is the issue in GT Metrix Waterfall – These 404 errors that add nearly 2 seconds each to load time. SCREEN SHOT – https://postimg.org/image/b1t2tq1k7/

I do not want the Rev Slider JAVA Script deferring either – which I think you have just done.

    The slider must load first.

The website is now loading in the wrong order – the slider is loading last, which looks awful. Website should load from top to bottom, not the other way round.

    and my logo has gone.

No one else has access to or is making changes to the website other than your team.

You can’t believe how disappointed I am with 8theme

And there is now a massive gap between the slider and header

    Hello,

You uploaded white logo image http://genuineappleaccessories.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/Gen-App-Logo-White-300px.png , change it in the home page editor > Logo image for this page section on the right side.

The problem with Rev Slider is related to this plugin, this is how it works after update.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

So what your saying is its NOT the theme, its the Rev Slider? Woopress is compatible with Rev Slider? Themepunch are liars?

And yes, we uploaded a white logo ages ago, but the logo has been black for months. Must have magically changed itself last night.

Why is the website now loading from bottom to top? Wasn’t doing that yesterday either – again, must be magic.

No, its not the Slider at all, when the 2016 theme is used slider works fine. Use your Theme, slider breaks. You are in denial and YOU are lying. Slider is fine, Woopress is flawed.

I’m taking this further as you obviously you have no intention of trying to fix this.

    Hello,

    Please check video files:

As you can see the same issue with the slider persists with default WordPress theme too.
This is not related to our theme.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
