Custom Sidebar problem (desktop view) - by shadydolphinstudios

Having trouble with a side bar created within the royal theme, it for some reason does not show during a normal full screen view but when it starts to go down to standard tablet and phone sizes it reappears. The side bar should be showing up on the left hand side of the page. If someone could have a quick look and let me know of a possible solution that would be great, see an example page noted for an example of how the sidebar is reacting.
