Visual composer 4.12.1, revolution slider, drop-down menu: don't work

Hello,
suddenly on my site: visual composer 4.12.1, revolution slider, drop-down menu and parallax don’t work…

last days I updated visual composer from 4.12 to 4.12.1 and now the theme doesn’t work properly

I tried to downgrade visual composer from 4.12.1 to 4.12, but the theme anyway doesn’t work…

So I installed again 4.12.1 version.

Hello,

As I see VC editor is working properly. Please clarify what problem you have with it.
As for drop-down menu, some plugin is causing the issue.
Disable them one by one to find it out.

Hello Eva,

I disabled the plugins one by one. The issue is caused by W3 Total Cache plugin.
When it enabled, the drop-down menu doesn’t work, parallax picture in home page doesn’t appears, and the post grid in the page (Media>Discography) don’t work.

How may I do?

Hello,

There is Internal Server Error for “cache” folder where content is loading when the plugin is enabled http://storage9.static.itmages.com/i/16/0914/h_1473852235_6733921_f83039a00b.png .
You need contact your hosting provider support regarding this error.
