Hi!
Is there any way that registered users may publish products? like e-bay for example?

You need to install Multi-vendor plugin. Latest update includes compatibility with WooCommerce Product Vendors plugin https://woocommerce.com/products/product-vendors/ Here you may check https://www.8theme.com/demo/xstore/jewellery/vendor/bucellati/

Additional variation image..Say suppose
Example –
1. Red– Red front side, red back side, top button side etc
2. Yellow – yellow front side, yellow back side, top button side etc

Like amazon website any one mobile colour select then show separately colour image

Regarding your request for additional variation images, our theme supports displaying different images for each product variation. This means that when a customer selects a specific color, such as Red or Yellow, the corresponding images (e.g., front side, back side, top button side, etc.) will be displayed accordingly. To activate the Variation gallery, please go to Theme Options > Woocommerce > Single product page > Variation gallery.
