Issue with rev slider update - by juanideas

HI, i had updated themes, and rev slider, but now i can create any slider because there is a sign alert, asking for registers.
i create a slider and i can not load images.

when i load a rev slider to a a page, not work, and there is a sign : Record not found

the ftp are the same to wp admin.
find in /shop folder.

We can’t connect to your server via FTP getting an error:
Error: Connection closed by server

Is there firewall on the server?

i tried installing again rev, slider. but still ask me to activate or registrate with purchase code.

Hello,

The problem is related to your “2017” slider. When I select another one the page is loading fine, so you need to check the slider you created.

Thanks Eva!i create other slider and work ok!!

i have other issue, but with visual.(this could be by my ignorance) I try to use a image background with parallax, but never can show the images.
in row setting i select Background> image/parallax and load a image.
then when i see the page, never show the image.
Can you tell me if i´m doing something wrong? or do you have any link to learn to used images background with visual?
