Have you had any problems using the VC Media Grid or Masonry Media Grid with this theme?

I can’t get either one of them to load. I watched videos provided by VC and I disabled any animation thinking that may help but all I get is 3 loading dots but no pictures. http://arnoldjewelers.com/custom-jewelry/ (should be in between the contact form and the instagram feed)
