Hello,
I’m using WooCommerce Stripe Gateway 3.0.2. I upgraded to the latest version 3.0.5 and all of my customers called me to say they can’t pay…
They have this message:
“Please enter your card details to make a payment. Developers: Please make sure that you are including jQuery and there are no JavaScript errors on the page.”
So it was the panic and we came back to the 3.0.2 version and it works now. But now, I can’t upgrade my plugin, this is a huge problem, how can we fix that? (I asked help from woocommerce plugin author, they told me it’s related to your theme).
Thank you.
Hello,
Please activate default Woocommerce theme Storefront and try to update the plugin. Check if the issue persists with their theme and let us know the result.

Hi Eva,
Thank you, how can I do that? Because if I switch the theme, it will change all of my live website and my users won’t understand what’s happening.
Hello,
You can activate maintenance mode temporarily and switch the theme so you can check it.

Hello Eva,
How do you want to proceed? Do you need to upgrade the plugin to reproduce the bug? If you upgrade, my payment won’t work and my users won’t be able to pay…
Thank you.
