Et-core-plugin problem - by corass - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi,
i’ve just bought Xstore theme from Envato. I’ve install main theme via FTP – classic method via Dashboard failed. Next I install all recomended plugins to proper working. After this I’ve recived 500 HTTP error. Manually change name of all new folders in plugins by adding suffix ‘_old’. Know I know that et-core-plugin cause that problem – why?

And second issue – I can’t actived VC, no license on VC account. I granded access to Envato account. Any ideas why?

Hello,

If you have problem with XStore Core plugin provide, please, temporary admin panel and FTP access. We’ll check what could be the reason of your problem.

You don’t need activation for VC plugin https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/xstore/#plugins_34_activation_and_purchase_codes

Hi,

access provided. Please keep in mind that now plugin has suffix ‘_old’ and You have access to webside. If there is no suffix it’s not possible to display any side at alefanty.pl domain (main or wp-admin) – access only via FTP.

Hello,

I have enabled XStore core plugin and did not face any 500 error. We did not change anything.
Please, check your site and confirm that everything works fine.
