    Hello!

I have some questions for the webshop http://www.snoepkado.com.

    1. Look at the category pages in shop.
-> https://snoepkado.com/product-categorie/snoepkado-doosje/ When clicking on the Cart-button, you are redirecting to the single product page. This is GOOD!
-> https://snoepkado.com/product-categorie/snoepboeket/ When clicking on the Cart-button, the product is sending immediately to the Cart. But this is NOT good, because we need more information from the buyer as a custom text. So this product categorie have to do the same action, redirect to single product page, as the first productcatogery.
    ->https://snoepkado.com/product-categorie/snoeptaart/ Same issue!

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

In this case make all products variable http://storage7.static.itmages.com/i/16/1018/h_1476785848_5482024_989aaa4769.jpeg .

    Hi Eva,

This is not the solution because it’s not a variable product.
Also the product from the category “Snoepkado doosje” are also NOT a variable product, but in this category the cart button works well. So what now?

    Hello,

Please look at the screenshot http://storage4.static.itmages.com/i/16/1018/h_1476794289_7710918_88753fef7c.jpeg , this product is a variable one http://storage7.static.itmages.com/i/16/1018/h_1476794350_7811478_89b4fee168.jpeg , that’s why the button redirects to single product page.
This is default Woocommerce configuration. As a solution you can hide “Add to cart” button on Shop page, so your clients will click product image or title to visit single product page. To do this go to Theme Options > Products Page Layout > Show “Add to cart” button > Off.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Eva,

Okay i get it! Thank you 🙂

    Other question:
There is a different between the browsers Internet Explorer versus Safari/Chrome/Firefox
In Internet Explorer the settings are GOOD!

Issue in Safari/Chrome/Firefox: See product https://snoepkado.com/product/snoep-kado-doosje-aap/
You see 2 images under the Product Image. Both images are the same in Safari/Chrome/Firefox but this is not good. In Internet Explorer the left image is the Candy Image, and the right image is the “giftbox” image.
When you click on them, it works good. So when you click on the left one, it shows the candy but the thumbnail is wrong.

    How can i fix this?

    Hello,

The reason is you’re using such featured image http://storage9.static.itmages.com/i/16/1019/h_1476884726_4089856_4aacbab0e7.jpeg . Upload other one with candies.

    Hi Eva,

Yes understand that, but normally when you click on the feautured image, you’ll see the image in the window. Now you see the candy image. So something goes wrong

    Hi Eva,

The featured image has to be the image of the “Gift Box” This is this photo that have to show in the shop page.
But now, the left image is changing to the candy photo. This is allright IF the thumbnail is also this candy photo.

Now it looks really strange. But in Internet Explorer it works the right way.
So please check the product like: https://snoepkado.com/product/snoep-kado-doosje-aap/ on Internet Explorer en later in Safari. You’ll see the problems with the images
So can you help me with this?

    EDIT:

See for example these print screens form Internet Explorer (This is the good way):
https://snoepkado.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/fe.png : Click on candy, window image change in candy image + thumbnail change

https://snoepkado.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/vdvd.png : Click on right image of the “Gift box”, you’ll see the gift box AND left thumbnail is still the candy image.

    Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

Then provide us with FTP credentials.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
