    Hello

We have recently purchased your Woopress theme to create a web site for a client, who wants a web site exactly like your WooKids version of the WooPress theme. We installed both the theme and the specific version (WooKids) of the theme, according to your theme manual. However, we face some issues with it, which you yourself can see in our test server [URL provided in private content].

    More specifically:
    – Although we have replaced the default logo with the client’s logo through your theme interface, it doesn’t appear in the home page (the default “WooKids” continues to show). However, the new logo appears in the scroll menu that appears when the user scrolls down the page. The new logo also appears in the other web site pages, as e.g. in the “Shop” (or “Products”) page [URL provided in private content].

    – The slideshow images do not extend to the top of the page to form the background of the menu and the header, although after the installation we have manually selected the corresponding header No.2 through the theme interface. In the same manner, they also don’t extend to the three boxes below the slideshow.

    – Further down in the home page, instead of the mini contact form with the box for the user’s email address, a part of code appears.

    – Finally, in the footer there was no background appearing. We have manually changed through the theme interface the original blue background color of the footer, but the separating “clouds” on top of the footer do not show.

Please note that we have experience working with ready-made themeforest themes. We have worked with several themes from other developers in the past but haven’t faced this particular issue before. We are frustrated because it seems like the options we choose and save in the theme interface in WordPress admin do not show in the user interface. In the private content we also provide you with the admin credentials to the web site. Please help!

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

    1. To change logo please check the page editor in Pages section and look at “Custom logo for this page” field in Page Layout box on the right side of the editor.

    2. You need select slider in “Show revolution slider instead of breadcrumbs and page title” field in Page Layout box on the right side of the editor and remove it from the page content.

    3. You need use MailChimp plugin. Please read our documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/#!/1_newsletters .

    4. I’ve enabled the option “Include styles from “Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer” on every page” in Theme Options > General. Check footer now.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
