hi, Just yesterday I noticed that contents of some product category not showing as a visitor, (No products found which match your selection.) but when signed in as administrator it will show again.
e.g if you check this url http://retailtherapyonline.com/product-category/kids/ and this http://retailtherapyonline.com/product-category/deals/ will find out what I mean.

    =================================================

Secondly, I tried to create a second footer widgetized area on the website, I have registered it in function.php and footer.php also wrote the css to match too, but still not showing in the front end.
note that this shows up in the appearance >> widgets in the wp backend.

Please note that you can view all these has been done on the child theme files and not the original theme itself.

Login Credentials Provided in Private content very urgent.
    Pls help!

    Thank you.

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello,

Sorry, but I’ve just checked your site as a visitor and being logged in and haven’t see the error you wrote. Could you please show a screenshot of the page you’re getting when logged in and vise versa?
    Thank you.

Concerning the footer there is no such feature to add the second footer in Blanco theme. Sorry.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Hi Eva thanks for your reply, the problem seems to be going and coming back after some time, anyway i got it working before you came that’s why you didn’t see any problem on the site.

Concerning the footer, even though your theme has no such feature isn’t it possible to add a second custom footer? If it’s possible that’s exactly what i wanted and I’ve written all the necessary codes added it functions.php, footer.php and style.css respectively, but the problem I am having now is that, these widgets which are suppose to show just below the dark horizontal line and on top of the original footer isn’t showing all.

Now to the new problem I just found on the website is on registration page only we have only header of the page showing while others like body, sidebar and footer aren’t loading, here’s the screenshot: http://imgur.com/p9vPNqO to see what I mean.

Another thing which I noticed is that whenever I logged in the payments gateways on the checkout page seems to disappear and reappear when logged in.

Would be glad if you can look into that for us. Thank you

    Hello,

The issue with registration page and payment gateways may be caused by php version installed on the server. Please ask your hosting provider which php version is there and if it’s 5.4 or higher please ask them to change it to 5.3 if possible.
    Thank you.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    hi Eva,

I don’t think the issue we have at hand has anything to do with php version, anyway here is what I found concerning that particular page: pls check the screenshot in the private content area
the error thrown up here is unusual to me. Kindly look into this for me thanks.

Hi Eva, I have tried so many times to get over these problems that your theme is giving but could not get it to work. I am getting fed up of these several issues I am facing with this theme, this is another error on the website along with the unresolved ones. http://imgur.com/g69uvJq this error came up when I was trying to create portfolio pages. errors on http://retailtherapyonline.com/registration is killing me, please help in geeting solutions to it. payment gateways disappears at will when you’re logged in and never re-appears.

Another issues that I noticed with the theme is that it doesn’t display nicely on Firefox and opera mini viewing the site with android and iphone.
Kindly use the details in previous posts private content to login in case you need to.

After upgrading to woocommerce 2.2.4 here is the message I got: Your theme has bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files – if you encounter functionality issues on the frontend this could the reason. Ensure you update or remove them (in general we recommend only bundling the template files you actually need to customize). See the system report for full details.

    What do I do next?

It’s a pity that you have not deem it fit to reply me or find a lasting solution to my problem shared above since september 18th, now it’s 27th, still no solution, is this how you treat customers?

Well, I have another question for you, why are we having this url showing like this: http://retailtherapyonline.com/etheme_portfolio/special-t-shirt/ and not this: http://retailtherapyonline.com/portfolio/special-t-shirt/? Anyway, I want it to show only portfolio and not the other way round.

No, you seem not to get what I meant, yes this works fine on single product but not on product listing pages like shop page etc.

I want something similar to your theme demo Legenda.homepage, check here : http://i.imgur.com/HXHSGiF.jpg to really get what I mean.

    Thanks.

In the Royal theme it looks little different.
Navigate to Theme Options->Shop->Enable “Out of stock” icon

Oh my God! this is not what I meant, I want to have Out of Stock displayed on products which have been purchased and are no longer available in stock right from the product listing pages and not when you get to the single product display before you see out of stock on that particular product.

I hope this is clear enough.
