Hello,
Theme keeps on restoring settings back to default like HEADER and LOGO and it also deletes the CSS then I have to restore from backup I made of the website.
Why does it keep on resetting back to default settings & logo??? It’s embarrassing to have to explain to my client.
Hello,
After what changes are the settings restored back? Please provide FTP and WP admin credentials. Specify how to replicate the issue.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Hello,
I’ve made no changes. Worked on the website, all was good, did a backup and work done. Double checked and came back few days later and it reverted to default logo & header plus custom css gone. Thought it was a once off but it has happened 4 times now.
Hello,
Such issue hasn’t happened to our other clients and our test sites work properly.
Maybe the problem is related to your server or database. Ask your hosting provider support to check error_log files to investigate the issue.

It seems to be conflicting with the LiteSpeed Cache Plugin. Even the theme options menu displays a bit broken.
Hello,
Try to disable all 3rd-party plugins and check Theme Options after that.

How does the theme process subdomains? If it is on dev.yourdomain.com as example?
Server support suggested it’s how the theme processes on a subdomain as when they switched off Litespeed for the domain it also reverted the database settings for theme back to default.
Hello,
There are no specific rules for subdomains in the theme.
This is not related to the theme, but to your server settings.
Also try to check the issue with some other theme on the same server.

Eva Kemp.
only your theme and when it’s on subdomain.
Hello,
Please take our apologies for the delay.
Could you please clarify all theme settings are reverted back to default or just logo, header and custom css sections? Are custom metaboxes options dropped also (i.e. custom footer or sidebar position for specific page)?
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
