Error on Portfolio page - by nadyawell - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    I am trying to add a portfolio page to the website I’m building, but keep getting the following error: Fatal error: Call to undefined function etheme_get_product_class() in /home/cake/public_html/cake123/narry-dev/wp-content/themes/xstore/content-portfolio.php on line 20

    I’m using child theme and no modifications have been made to the base functions. Can you please let me know where to look for the source of that problem and how to fix this?

    Hello,

    Do you have this issue with both child and parent themes or with child theme only?
    Provide temporary admin panel and FTP access.
