Woocommerce Variable products error - by tomashrach

Hello, i have lots of eshops with woocommerce and i have created variable product in your theme, filled pricec, stock level and etc…same way as in other shops. But when i try product in front-end, it shows message: Sorry, this product is unavailable. Please choose a different combination.

Can you check it, i need to run this store asap.

Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version 2.8.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

Hi Eva,

i did it, but nothing happened with my issue. Ive setted up prices and stock levels in all variations of product and still appears as Non-stock in front end 🙁

Can you check it in backend? ive sent you login and pass in last message

The credentials are correct but we see only “My Account” page. Please give us full permissions to wp-admin panel.

Hello,

I’ve checked the product with default Woocommerce theme Storefront and the same issue persists there too. Check it yourself.
You need create all possible variations for your product, don’t leave it with “Any Size” option as you did and make sure you added prices for all variations.
