Pictures on front page not streched proparly

2 issues :
1.I made the pictures on the website to be streched but it doesn’t work- they are aligned to the left instand of covering all the width .
2.the main menu dissapears when scrolling down on the front page .
please advise

Hello,

1. What pictures do you mean? Please show a screenshot. As I see this background image is stretched http://storage2.static.itmages.com/i/16/1027/h_1477587091_3043795_c73b547fef.jpeg .

2. Go to Theme Options > General > Fixed navigation > On.

1. the background is not streched on higher resolutions, check out the website .
also when i go fullscreen the website is off, you see a white page .

I tried to activate Ultimate VC Addons plugin to add background image within their options and got 500 error. The problem is related to your server. Please contact your hosting provider support and ask them to check this issue.

Hello,

There is 500 error when trying to log in to wp-admin panel. The problem is related to your server. Please contact your hosting provider support and ask them to check this issue. Perhaps some PHP values should be increased.

The error was a plugin you installed not the hosting service, please don’t make any mistakes like this it cost me 3 days of work .

there is still a problem in the main page the section ‘raw html” isn’t streched to all the width of the side, please take care of it as soon as possible, my dedline is behind because of the 500 error .

Dear Eva,
the 500 problem is gone .
Once again the images in the homepage and the elements are not aligned to the center and streched .
This is not the first time that i get that error, i am loosing a lot of money because of this template
and i am thinking about charging my money back.
Please fix it good this time, no more error.

I’ve set the option “Stretch row and content” for the row where “Raw HTML” element is added. Please check it now.

It’s stil not streched ! i don’t understand, you don’t check what you do ?
All i want is the pictures to fill all the width of the screen .

it is very simple,it’s suppose to be a paralax website .

i tried to fix it in the VC and it’s not working .
please don’t install a new version of VC it made a 500 error, it has something to do with the base of the template.

Hello,

We recommend you to use Ultimate VC Addons plugin and set background image in this plugin settings when editing a row. There you’ll find an option to set max full widget for the background image.

Hello,

That plugin works properly on our test site and on other clients’ sites.
When you activate Ultimate VC Addons plugin you get 500 error. It’s related to the server configuration, not to the theme. You should contact your hosting provider support for investigation. Perhaps some PHP parameters need to be increased.

The plugin ultimate vc is causing the 500 error ! i paid my hosting company to check this issue.

Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version. Then reply back to us.

Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

You can find the theme on TF site https://themeforest.net/item/royal-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/8611976 . Log in with your Envato account credentials and find theme archive in Downloads section.
