We’ve proven that the WooPress theme does not fully support WooCommerce’s Product Add-Ons plugin – a widely used plugin for capturing additonal product information at the point of adding a product to the cart. As you can see on this product page, we use an add-on field to capture class attendee names which are then supposed to be included in the product info in both the shopping cart and email messages. When we switch to a default WordPress theme, the attendee names are shown/included, but they are not shown/included when using the WooPress theme.

WooCommerce is storing the attendee names in a wp_woocommerce_order_itemmeta record.
Have we given you enough information for you to “fix” this issue with the WooPress theme, or to help us with a workaround within our implementation of it?
BTW, if you would like to submit an order yourself so you can see the email message, go right ahead using the Check payment method. We’re not live with this website yet.
Hello,
Please try to disable Ajax “Add to Cart” option in Theme Options > Single Product Page and check the plugin work after that.

That resolved the issue. Thank you for your very prompt response & help.
