Hi,
In the checkout page, after entering card data, We get the error: http://www.screencast.com/t/cwhMG0hwbG8
“Please enter your card details to make a payment. Developers: Please make sure that you are including jQuery and there are no JavaScript errors on the page.”
This happens in woocommerce-settings-checkout-stripe page when the option is to embed the card detail i the in the page (instead of a stripe pop-up window).
The error does not appears when we activate another theme so the conflict is with your theme. We just updated to the theme latest version and we still have the problem.
At the moment we disabled the option to embed the card in the page because too many orders were canceled because of that, but we would like to solved this.
If you need to see it, I can activate it briefly for you to try. Let’s just agree on a short timeframe. But I can see in different treads that some themes have the same problem with this version of the plugin.
Thank you for your help,
Francoise
Hello,
We’ve sent archive of “checkout” folder to your email address. Upload it to wp-content/themes/classico/woocommerce directory (overwrite the existing folder) and check Stripe payment then.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Thank you for your quick support – the checkout is working great now.
Best,
Francoise
