Product Variation Descriptions Not Showing

We have recorded 1-2 sentence descriptions for each variation of the product yous see on this page – http://spc.jewebdesign.com/product/chocolate-making-class/, but they are not showing when a variation is selected. We can’t figure out why. Any ideas?

Hello,

Please check if the issue persists with default Woocommerce theme Storefront. If it appears only with our theme, provide WP admin credentials in Private Content.

Jack, tried that and they weren’t displaying in the Storefront theme either. At one point in our development of the site, they were. Now they aren’t. Strange.

Just as strange is the fact that as of yesterday, the Themne Options menu has gone haywire – see this screenshot. Maybe I need to open another thread for this, but I though I should mention it. http://spc.jewebdesign.com/temp/Capture.PNG

Hello,

Perhaps some 3rd-party plugin is causing the issue. If the problem persists with default Woocommerce theme too, then it’s not related to our theme.
Try to disable all 3rd-party plugins and check Theme Options and the page after that.

Ha! The Events Calendar plugin, when activated, is causing the Woo Press Child Theme Option menu to go haywire. Is that something you can act on, or do we need to replace The Events Calendar plugin?

We resolved this problem. Turns out our Attibutes list and our Variations were not in synch. Once we made sure they were, the variation descriptions began to be displayed as we wanted.
