My Product Categories filter shows correctly on Shop and Product Pages; as you can see here:
https://synergymedco.com/shop/

When going to a Brand page; the filter shows incorrect numbers in the product categories; as you can see here: https://synergymedco.com/brand/3m/

Why is this pulling information differently? How can I fix this?

Hi Rose. The issue is that it is not showing the correct number of products in the filter on the brand page. On the shop page Medical Supplies lists 168 products – that is correct. Ont the Brand page the filter is only listing “4”. Medical Lighting category we have 23 products- this is displayed correctly in the filter on the shop page, on brands page the count is showing zero. All the categories on Brand page filter are incorrect counts. How do I get it to display correctly like it is on the shop page?

Hello,

We recommend you to use default Woocommerce Categories widget instead of 3rd-party extension.
Please try it.
