"API request call error"- When activating 3.0 version

    I enter my purchase code to activate xstore theme and get “API request call error” . Please help

    Hello,

    Seems like your server blocks our API request. Could you, please, contact your hosting provider to solve this issue?

    i got the same error. What information i need to resolve this.

    1. http/https outgoing connects
    2. 136.243.62.35 availability from your source ip address
