    Hi,

    How can I prevent that there are more than 2 posts shown in the static block? With more than 2 posts the footer becomes out of proportion.

    I tried setting the static block to only 2 posts:

    [/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/4″ css=”.vc_custom_1434965803501{margin-bottom: 30px !important;}”][et_recent_posts_widget slider=”0″ title=”Recente posts” number=”2″][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner].

    But it doesn’t respond to this.

    Hello,

    As I see you’ve already set limit to 2 posts in Static Block http://storage1.static.itmages.com/i/16/1130/h_1480493217_6477933_912ccf4040.jpeg and only 2 posts are shown.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Dear Jack,

    That is true, but only because I put all the other messages in ‘Concept’. I have now put one of them as published. Would you mind looking at it again.

    See for instance: https://test.atelierchristian.nl/?product_cat=accessories

    And what can I do about the line through the word ‘Information’?

    Kind regards,

    Christian

    Also, I need to know how to get the static blocks correct.

    i) There is a line through the words ‘Informations’.
    ii) The Home page footer is black (as chosen in the Theme Options), whereas it on any other page is white

    It must be the same footer as on the Home page.

    How can I solve this?

    Hello,

    You can add this code in Custom CSS:

    .footer-top .widget-title:after {
        top: 35px !important;
    }
    .footer-top .wpb_text_column.wpb_content_element .widget-title {
        margin-bottom: 25px;
    }
    .footer-top .sidebar-widget.etheme_widget_recent_entries .widget-title {
        margin-bottom: 5px;
    }
    .footer-top time.date-event {
        padding: 5px 10px;
    font-size: 10px;
    }
    .date-event .number {
        font-size: 14px;
    }
    .footer-top .media-heading {
        margin: 0 !important;
        line-height: 18px !important
    }
    .footer-top .sidebar-widget.etheme_widget_recent_entries .widget-title {
        margin-bottom: 5px;
        padding: 9px 0;
    }
    .footer-top .sidebar-widget .blog-post-list li {
        padding: 10px 0;
    }

    Edit your footer static block and change background color in the row settings http://prntscr.com/ddlstv

    Rose Tyler.

    If I try to change the colour of the background as you suggest, then the colours of the letters in the image changes as well. Furthermore, there appear white lines at the side of the footer, making them ‘boxed’ rather than stretched. Said differently, this approach is not a solution to my issue.

    I would like to comment that it is very frustrating that I have this issue. How can I simply install my footer correctly? If I do it for the home page in the way that is explained in the video about static blocks, then I get the result that the Royal default footer (with your logo and Flickr pictures etc.) appears on any other page than the Home page.

    What am I doing wrong here and why does this have to take so much time?

    Hello,

    I’ve edited your static block for footer and removed previous css code. Please check footer now.

    As far as I can see, the problem was fixed!

    Thank you. Also, I think the main issue was with the third footer option (Theme Option -> Footer -> Footer Type -> 3rd).

    You might want to look into it, because I did nothing special with the website. I just installed it and the problem occurred.
