Problem with image size when the show 3 Columns Grid

How can I change resize Within the product categories, the crop them in 200×380 pix and when I go into the Classico >shop> 3 Columns Grid (http://preview.themeforest.net/item/classico-responsive-woocommerce-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/11024192?_ga=1.179612448.508176494.1480443441) displayed in 555×708 pix
hope someone can help here.
can possibly send the photo of the problem..

Hello,

You can edit images sizes in WooCommerce > Settings > Product > Display. Don’t use hard crop if you don’t want to crop images. Regenerate thumbnails after that https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/.
