Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version 2.8.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

Hi Jack.

I have made the changes but the images are still not appearing?

The updates were done except where the update cannot.

The product feed was run again but still nothing?

Further information.

When the theme was update the theme had a different title name. you will see one theme there but not activated. this was the old theme and the theme working is the new one from TF.

Hello,

At first please disable WP Smush plugin and regenerate thumbnails with the plugin “Regenerate Thumbnails“.
After that let us know the result.
